QTR 2 Week 3 and NG tubes

It was supposed to be an easy week because of the holiday, right? Wrong! In Nursing school when there is a holiday during a lecture day, you have to make up that holiday by coming to school on a Saturday or by double booking your lectures.

So I went to school on Saturday. We learned about NG tubes, which was actually pretty fascinating! I cant wait to actually get to do one on a real person and not just a dummy (Mannequin, not stupid person). I even volunteered to let them demonstrate on me, providing that I then got to practice on someone and the professor declined. But who wouldnt want a tube shoved up their nares and down their esophagus?
