How far along? 30 weeks And 1 day
Bedrest so far: 10 weeks ( But now on Modified bedrest, with a little bit of a longer leash!)
Total weight gain/loss: 11 lbs so far…..
Maternity clothes?: All maternity all the time. And now nursing bra’s pretty much exclusively. Lets not mention the ENORMOUS size. (The cup may be capable of being worn as a swim cap)
Stretch marks? No change from last week. Im gonna look like a deflated baloon when NoNo is born.
Cervical Length?: No ultrasound but the bimanual exam showed my cervix to be long, closed and soft with cerclage intact.
Labor signs: BHC are still pretty much happening hourly. Some of them are way more painful then others.
Medications?: Prenatals and zantac and lots and lots of tums!!
Sleep: Need more sleep every day. Still needing a nap every afternoon just to be able to stay awake to through dinner. Its sad.
Best moment this week: 3D/4D ultrasound! And passing my gestational diabetes test!
Worst Moment this week: Feeling overwhelmed, and more weepy than usual.
Movement: He has slowed down his movement. I will be talking to the doctor about this.
Food cravings/aversions: I was really into this Itallian deli this week. I ate there like 4 times in one week!
Belly Button in or out?: Still an innie…with a hole as big as the moon!
Gender: All boy and I have 3D images to prove it!
What I miss: My husband, being able to bend over, sleeping through the night, feeling sane, and being able to only use the bathroom every couple of hours!
What I am looking forward to: Achieving week 32! The next big milestone!
Weekly Wisdom: You can NEVER drink too much water. And if you are trying to think of something to do…drink some more water!
Milestones: Uh….nearly full lung development? Over 90% viability. Less than 7 weeks until “Term”.
Symptoms: No appetite, feeling very very overheated all the time, grumpy and lots of heart burn.

You can actually drink too much water, and it can be very dangerous, and lead to hyponatremia. You probably already know this, but just in case. =0)
What color is your urine? (rhetorical question) If your urine is pretty much clear, then you’re drinking enough, if yellow, drink more water.
hahaha thank you USMC I knew I’d learn something…… and thanks to your hubby from a Marine who appreciated the Navy…..
